T & R Enterprises has been around for a long time for many reasons- most importantly they are reliable, hard working and honest. I’ve done business with them for close to 30 years. If you want the best workmanship, reliability, on budget, on time and to work with forthright honest people chose T & R you will be glad you did.

T&R has been taking care of our building (10,000 sq ft office, 40,000 sq ft manufacturing) for 30 years.  I wasn’t personally involved with T&R initially, but after several corporate reorganizations, I ended up managing the building.  A couple of times, I tried getting competitive quotes, but I found that was a waste of time.  T&R’s charges were competitive (and sometime the lowest).  And they are honest and fair.  This is not only for small jobs like re-locating a roof-access ladder, but also, we did a major renovation two years ago, and T&R did the majority ($330,000) of the work.  And did I mention that Teresa is a good interior decorator?  I relied on her for most of the decorator decisions on the renovation.  Their people are reliable and highly skilled, and in all the years of our business relationship, we have never had a disagreement that couldn’t be easily resolved over the phone.  One of our previous tenants now uses T&R for the building that he currently rents.  I couldn’t recommend a contractor more highly than I recommend T&R.
